What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If you find yourself in the situation where your Green Nation card is lost or stolen, taking prompt action is crucial for your security. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Navigate to the Cards Section: Open the Green Nation app and go to the 'Cards' section. This is your control center for all card-related activities.

  2. Select the Affected Card: From your list of cards, select the one that has been lost or stolen.

  3. Access Card Settings: Tap on 'Settings' for the selected card. This will open up various options for managing your card.

  4. Report Lost or Stolen Card: Within 'Settings', you'll find the option to report your card as lost or stolen. Activate this as soon as possible to secure your account.

  5. Report Potential Fraud: If you suspect fraudulent transactions on your card, it’s important to submit a chargeback form. To do this, head to the 'Transactions' section, select 'Get help', and follow the instructions for submitting a chargeback.
