When using your Green Nation card for ATM withdrawals, it's important to be aware of our fee structure and how it aligns with your plan limits. Here’s a breakdown of scenarios where fees may apply:
Exceeding ATM Withdrawal Limit:
Each Green Nation price plan has a specific ATM withdrawal limit. If you exceed this limit, charges may apply.
You can easily track your remaining allowance in the 'Profile' section of the Green Nation app.
Currency Conversion on Withdrawals:
If you withdraw funds in a currency that you do not hold in your wallet, a currency conversion will occur.
Should you exceed the conversion limits set by your plan, fees might be applied to these transactions.
ATM Access Fees:
Some ATMs, especially those owned by external providers, might charge an access fee. This fee is determined by the ATM owner, not Green Nation.
Always be aware of any notifications about such fees on the ATM screen before completing your transaction.
Non-local Currency Withdrawals (Dynamic Currency Conversion - DCC):
When abroad, ATMs may offer the option to withdraw in a non-local currency.
Opting for this can result in an unfavourable exchange rate and additional fees due to DCC, impacting the overall withdrawal amount.
Monthly Reset of ATM Withdrawal Limits:
Your ATM withdrawal limit is not based on a calendar month but resets on a rolling monthly basis.
This reset occurs one month from the day your current price plan started.
