In the event that your bank transfer is sent back to us by the recipient's bank, we will ensure that the funds are returned to your account. The time it takes for this to happen varies based on the nature of the transfer.

  • For local or domestic transfers, the money will automatically be credited back to your account within 5 working days.

  • In the case of SWIFT transfers, the process of returning the funds can take up to 15 days.

Please note that the duration of this process is entirely dependent on the receiving bank, and unfortunately, we are unable to expedite it.
