Short tutorials to make sure you never miss an email from Greenly

👉 In the process of measuring your Carbon Survey, Greenly sends automatic emails to the employees who's addresses you have provided on the platform:

  • Employee survey, required for the proper measurement of your Carbon Survey.

  • A monthly climate training email.

Our emails are sometimes categorized as online marketing or spam.

In order to avoid this and receive emails regarding the carbon impact survey and Greenly training, your partners must white-list the Greenly email address.

For Gmail

  1. Add Greenly to your contacts

  2. Take the email from the “Promotions” tab and put it under the “Primary” tab.

This is the fastest way to do it that we’ve found (20 seconds) :

For Outlook

  1. Go to “Junk”

  2. Add Greenly to approved senders

  3. Mark the email as “Not junk”
