Providing Access to your Turvo Shipment Data

Updated this week

Overview

To provide Triumph with access to your data through the Turvo API, you will need access to the Turvo TMS Admin Console.

You do not necessarily have to create an admin account if you already have an admin account. You can give Triumph admin access in order to configure the webhook, but we recommend that you create your own account. The important part is that steps 5 and beyond are only accessible with admin privileges, and the login and password in step 13 should belong to that admin.

Providing Access to Turvo Data

  1. In your Turvo TMS, go to the Admin Console:

  2. Go to Users:

  3. Click Add User:

  4. Fill in the popup in the screenshot below and enter the admin email you want to use to manage the exchange:

  5. Click Create.

  6. Back in the Admin Console, click API and Webhooks:

  7. Click Add public API profile:

  8. Fill in the API profile name (intelligence.triumph.io).

  9. Under API user name, fill in the email address for the user you created in step 4.

  10. Your API profile should now be active! Let the Triumph Intelligence team know you're ready to go.

  11. Go to https://app.turvo.com/#/1/self-service-hub/public-api and find the API Key. You will need it for further configuration.

  12. Open https://intelligence.triumph.io/preferences/integrations and click the Turvo tile to proceed with the integration setup.

  13. Fill in the following fields and click Connect:

    • x-api-key – use the value from step 10

    • login – the user's login from step 4

    • password – the user's password from step 4
