When you request a bid from a carrier, they'll receive an email with the details. The carrier can respond with a bid directly from the email. It's quick and easy, and the bid will automatically appear on your bids tab.
When your customer opens the email, they'll see the details of your request along with a button that says Provide Bid:

When the carrier submits a bid, you'll receive an email notification, and the bid will automatically appear on the Bids tab with a status of Received:
