Password Reset

If a password reset is required for your account, you can use the "Forgot your password" module within the sign in page. To begin a password reset please follow the steps below.

Please note: If your Organization has SSO enabled (ie, Azure AD, Google SSO) please reach out to your IT team to reset your account.

  • Step 1: Navigate to "Forgot your password?".

If no reset email is received, consider verifying your account’s setup with your administrator or checking for typos in the email address entered.

Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your Greenspace Account.

Step 3: Go to your email inbox and open the reset password email. Use the link provided in the email to reset your password. Make sure you are also checking your spam or junk folder in case it was filtered to the wrong inbox.

Step 4: Enter the answer to your secret question and enter a new password.

Please note: If you have forgotten your secret answer, you will need to contact Greenspace Support (support@greenspacehealth.com) to verify and reset your account. There will be additional verification requested upon the support team.

If you still encounter issues, additional troubleshooting steps, such as verifying their email address or ensuring account creation, may help resolve the issue.
