When you register for your online account, you will be asked how you would like to receive your communications from Gregory. You can also enable paperless communications by going to your 'Account Profile' and click on 'Enable' under the Go Paperless section.

You will always receive an email notification when your communications are ready to view. You'll find them on the Statements and Documents page once you're logged in.
