If your loan is current and you find you have a surplus of $50.00 or more in your escrow account when you receive a new Escrow Analysis Disclosure Statement, you may promptly call a customer service representative and instruct us to apply the surplus escrow funds to the balance of your loan.

A surplus of less than $50.00 will remain in your escrow account.
