Your payment is considered late one day after the payment due date of each month set forth in your promissory note and reflected on your monthly mortgage statement. Late charges, however, are not assessed until after the end of the “grace period,” which is also a term of your note. It is always the same number of days after your installment due date. Gregory Funding honors all state law applicable to these provisions.
