Welcome to Gregory Funding. We are so happy you are here! We understand how a transfer of your mortgage loan can be stressful, so we are here to assist you through the process and provide you information to make your transition a breeze.

Getting started

Approximately 10 days after your transfer date, you will be able to register online to view your account information, monthly billing statements, and make payments online 24 hours a day.

Making your payment

There are several ways available for your make your payments – choose the one that is most convenient for you:

  • Pay online

  • Set up automatic payments

  • Automated phone system: Call 866-712-5698, select the 'Payment' option and then press 1 for the automated system. You will be able to utilize this free service approximately 10 days after the transfer date listed on your notice of service transfer from your prior servicer.

  • Online bill pay through your bank

    • Contact your bank to authorize them to withdraw your mortgage payment from your account and send the funds to us. To avoid any late fees, be sure to choose a date that ensures your payment is received no later than the end of your grace period.

What can I expect in the first 60 days of my transfer?

We work hard to make sure your account status accurately picks up where you left off with your prior servicer. Once we have thoroughly reviewed your account, usually within 10 days of your service transfer date, we will send you a welcome packet that represents the status of your account balances. If something doesn’t seem right, we are here to help! Give us a call at 866 712-5698 so we can research and ensure our records are correct.

We look forward to speaking with you in person! We won’t call you unless we have important questions or information about your loan. If we do call, reaching you at the most convenient time and place is our goal when possible. Please be sure to tell your customer service representative this information so we can update our records.

We understand you may not always be able to answer when we call you. We encourage you to program our phone number in your phone, so you always know it is us. If your first and last names are on your voicemail greeting, we will be able to leave you a message so you can return our call at your earliest convenience.

Financial hardship

If you have been struggling with your monthly payments and need assistance, we have several options available to help you get back on track.


It is important that you let your Homeowners Insurance provider know that your loan was service transferred and to update the mortgagee clause as follows. This update ensures your insurance provider knows where to send proof of coverage, invoices for payment, and claim proceeds when damages need repair.

We will conduct a review of your escrow account within the first 60 days of your loan being with us to ensure we will have enough money in your escrow account to pay your taxes and/or insurance on time. We will send you a written notice of that review, and if you have questions when you receive that notice, our customer service agents are here to help!
