The Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) is a $9.961 billion federal program to help households who are behind on their mortgages and other housing-related expenses. The HAF program is overseen by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and administered by the states, territories, and tribes. Nearly every state and territory has launched its own HAF program, and the others are working toward having their programs approved and operating. To help homeowners sooner, some states have been administering pilot assistance programs while they finalize their comprehensive HAF programs.

Gregory Funding is partnering with all state HAF Programs that accept applications to assist homeowners. After applying through your state and supplying all required financial information -- including a Third Party Authorization form -- your HAF representative will contact Gregory Funding to discuss your eligibility for assistance. Your HAF representative will reach out to you shortly thereafter with further information regarding your eligibility.
