Gregory Funding partners with Plaid to create a secure, dependable way for you to submit your mortgage payment. If you see a small transaction of $0.01 or less, don’t worry! This is part of Gregory’s required bank account validation process.

Depending on your banking institution, the micro-deposit can be verified using the following two methods:

Watch your bank account for the $0.01 micro-deposit from Plaid. Over the next few days Plaid will make one micro-deposit of $0.01 to your bank account account that starts with a short verification code.

In order to verify the micro-deposit using the short verification code from Plaid, you'll need to log in to your Gregory account. Click the 'Payments' tab and then 'Bank Accounts'.

You'll see the word 'verify' next to the bank account that you are attempting to link. Click 'Verify' and follow the prompts to complete the verification process by entering the 3-letter verification code on the micro-deposit made to your bank account.

Some institutions support automated micro-deposits using Plaid. Plaid will transfer one micro-deposit into your bank account and will verify the deposited amount within one to two business days. You don't need to take any action at all.

It can take up to 3 business days to complete the verification process. Gregory will notify you via email when your bank account has been successfully linked.
