Sometimes you may need to reconnect your bank account to our website. This may happen if you've recently changed your online banking username or password, or if your bank requires you to reauthenticate your account as a safety precaution.

You'll need to complete the following steps to reconnect your bank account:

Please log into your Gregory account to fix this issue. Click the 'Payments' tab and then 'Bank Accounts'. You'll see the word 'Update' next to the bank account that must be reconnected. Click 'Update' and you will be prompted to log in to your bank account using your banking credentials.

You'll know your bank account has been successfully reconnected when you get this message:

If you do not reconnect your bank account within 3 days of this notice, any payments already scheduled (including Autopay) will be cancelled. You will also be unable to use this bank account to make any new online payments to Gregory. To continue to make online payments to Gregory, you will need to link your bank account again or add a new bank account. For more information on how to connect your bank account click here.
