How do I make a one-time payment online?

Steps to submit a one-time payment online

Before you'll be able to submit a one-time payment, you'll need to connect a bank account to your online account. Please refer to this article for instructions. Once this step is complete, you're ready to get started!

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click the 'Pay Now' button on the right-hand side of the screen or click the 'Payments' tab to navigate to the Payments page.

  3. On the payments page, the payment date defaults to today's date. If you'd like to schedule a payment for a future date, click the calendar icon beside the payment date and select the day you would like your payment processed. Payments scheduled for the current date cannot be canceled.

    Note: Only dates from the 1st to the 28th day of the month may be selected.

  4. Select a bank account for payment. If you only have one bank account connected, it will default to that one. If you have more than one bank account linked, please select the one you want to use for your payment. If you want more information on managing your bank accounts, please click here.

  5. Next, set the payment amount. You can pay your entire monthly installment, or you can pay another amount.

  6. Click 'Proceed' to review your payment details. If you'd like to make changes, please click 'close' to return to the previous screen. Once your payment details are accurate, click 'Confirm' to submit or schedule your payment.

  7. You will receive an email confirming that your one-time payment has been submitted or scheduled.

  8. Click the 'Payment Activity' box to view your online payment activity. For definitions of our payment statuses, click here.
