Once your bank account is connected, you may start using your bank account to make payments to Gregory. Should you need to manage your bank account, here are the steps you'll need to take to update your default bank account, reconnect, verify or remove your bank account.
To update your default bank account:
Log in to your account.
Once logged in, click on the 'Payments' tab and then on the 'Bank Accounts' box.
The bank account(s) you have connected will populate below the 'Bank Accounts' box.
If you have multiple bank accounts connected with Gregory, you can select which account your would like to have used as your default bank account. Changing your default bank account does not affect any future dated payments including Autopay. If you wish to update the bank account on your Autopay, refer to this help article.
Delete your bank account
If you wish to delete your bank account, log in to your account and click on the 'Payments' tab and then on the 'Bank Account' box. Click on the 'X' in the box below to delete a bank account. Please note, if the bank account you are trying to delete is the bank account that is selected for your Autopay, you will have to modify your Autopay before you can delete this bank account. To continue making online payments, you will need to connect a new bank account.
