You become eligible to terminate your escrow account when you are able to satisfy the following requirements:
You have made twelve (12) consecutive timely monthly payments, and
Your account is current, and
No escrow payments are scheduled over the next 30 days, and
Your escrow account has positive balance, and
There is no active mortgage insurance coverage (private mortgage insurance [PMI] or FHA mortgage insurance [MIP]) on your loan. PMI or MIP must have terminated (if eligible) before Gregory Funding can close your escrow account.
If your account meets all the above requirements, you may submit a written request for termination of escrow using one of the following methods:
