Gregory Funding may deactivate your Autopay in certain circumstances. The most common reason and guidance on how to address them are as follows:

  1. Failed Payment:

    • Autopay will be deactivated if a payment attempt fails due to issues such as insufficient funds, information mismatch, bank transaction limitations or other payment failures.

    • Solution: Please use an alternative method of payment until this issue has been resolved.

  2. Deactivated upon Your Request:

    • Autopay might be deactivated upon a user's request - made by phone or by disabling the feature on the website.

    • Solution: If this was unintentional, login to your account and reactivate autopay.

  3. Account Past Due:

    • Autopay will be deactivated if the account goes 30 days past due.

    • Solution: Pay any overdue installments or loan charges. Consider contacting customer support to discuss the status of your account.

  4. Bank Account Closure:

    • If the bank account you linked to your Autopay is closed or inaccessible, your Autopay will be deactivated. That bank account will be removed from your payment options.

    • Solution: Log in to your Gregory account and re-register for Autopay using an active bank account.

If any of these issues arise, please address them promptly to reactivate Autopay and continue enjoying its convenience.
