Grifin currently allows you to connect one financial institution in the credit or debit card section. However, the number of cards you can connect within that financial institution is unlimited. For example, if you have two American Express cards you can connect both of them to Grifin. However, if you have one American Express and one Discover card, you can only connect one.

If you've already connected a financial institution and later decide you want to change it, follow the following instructions:

  1. Tap the Menu button in the top left corner of your home screen.

  2. Tap the "Banks" page. Under the "Connected Cards" section, you'll see the financial institution you currently have selected.

  3. To delete this financial institution, swipe on its card from right to left. This should make a pink Trash Can icon appear.

  4. Tap the Trash Can icon.

  5. Tap the "Remove Bank" button.

  6. Now you should see a "Connect a card to Grifin" button under the "Connected Cards" section. Tap on that button.

  7. Select the new financial institution you want to connect.

  8. Log in to that institution using your online banking username and password.

  9. Confirm.
