We have created a dashboard that displays real-time statistics on all automation activities across all profiles connected to the system. By selecting a specific period, you can track the number of sent invites, accepted invites, messages, and open and reply rates.
Statistics are available both for all campaigns collectively and for individual automation processes.
Scrolling down, you'll see the same metrics presented in a breakdown by sender profiles.
Additionally, numerical data can be exported as a CSV file.
In the Email section, you can find information about the number of sent emails, the reply rate, and the bounce rate. However, we currently do not track the Emails Opened/Links Clicked/Emails Unsubscribed. These features were disabled due to recent updates from email providers, as mail bots now classify any tracking activities as spam.
