You can access the CRM through the sidebar. By default, the "Contacts" section opens, displaying all uploaded contacts along with filters that allow you to sort them in any order.

Filters:

1. Full Name – search for a specific lead by first and last name. By default, names are imported as they appear on LinkedIn. However, if you uploaded contacts via a CSV file and transliterated the name, the lead will be displayed based on the data you specified.

2. Location – search for leads by location (country, region, city).

3. Tag – filter contacts by assigned tags.

4. List – sort contacts by list.

5. Pipeline Stage – filter leads based on their stage in the sales funnel.

6. Created by Import – filter contacts by a specific import. For example, if you imported multiple batches into the same list, this filter helps identify contacts from a specific upload.

7. Social Profiles – sort contacts by the presence of specific social media accounts.

8. Email Status – filter contacts based on whether they have a work/personal email.

9. Phone Status – filter contacts based on whether they have a work/personal phone number.

10. Company Name – search for contacts by company name.

11. Position – search for contacts by job title.

12. Activity - includes a wide range of triggers for sorting contacts based on activity type: automation status/contact data updates/actions on Email and LinkedIn/changes in sender profiles. You can also filter by the profile that interacted with the contact, the name of the automation, time frames, and the user assigned to the task.

*You can also use "Exclude" function. First, select a filter and click "Apply," then press the exclusion icon. This allows you to see contacts that, for example, have not received a connection request.

13. Automation – sorts contacts by their automation status, assigned sender profile, and their current position in the automation sequence.

14. Markers – tracks contacts separately based on the number of actions performed or the time they occurred. This can be done for a specific sender profile or for all contacts.

15. Created At – filters contacts by their creation date in the system.

16. Custom Fields – search based on custom variable values.

17. About – allows searching for keywords in the "About" section of a profile.

18. Connections – filters leads by the number of LinkedIn connections.

19. Followers – sorts contacts by the number of followers on their LinkedIn page. 20. Premium Features – filters contacts based on premium LinkedIn features such as Open Profile, Verified Profile, or Premium Subscription.

21. Experience – filters contacts who have worked in a specific position at a company for a set period.

22. Posts – finds contacts who publish posts based on the number of comments, reactions, and posting date.

23. Education – filters contacts by type of education, academic degree, and years of study.

24. Skills – filters contacts by their top-listed skills.

25. Unread Counts – displays contacts from whom you have unread incoming messages.

You can also switch to the Accounts section — its functionality is similar to the Contacts section, with the main difference being that the filters are adapted for sorting corporate company profiles.
