LinkedIn is gradually introducing mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. This measure aims to improve user security and protect against unauthorized access.

Enabling 2FA is a required condition for stable and secure automation through Grinfi.

Not having 2FA enabled increases the risk of account restrictions and forced document verification.

How to Enable 2FA on LinkedIn?

  • Log in to your LinkedIn account.

  • In the top right corner, click Me => Settings & Privacy.

  • In the left-hand menu, go to Sign in & security => Two-step verification.

  • Click Set up, then enter your password.

  • Choose the Authentication App as your verification method (we recommend using Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator).

  • Scan the QR code using your authentication app on your phone.

  • Enter the code generated by the app and click Verify.

We recommend enabling 2FA while logged in via your GoLogin session to avoid unexpected logouts from Grinfi.
