Stoplists are special lists of contacts or companies that the platform will not interact with. They won’t be added to automations, included in searches, or receive messages.
Where to find stoplists?
In the left sidebar under Settings, you’ll find a section called Stoplist.
The feature allows you to create separate stoplists for Contacts and Accounts.
You can add entries in two ways: manually (1) or in bulk via a CSV file (2).
Company Stoplist (Accounts): required fields
When adding a company to a stoplist, it’s enough to specify one of the following fields - the system will recognize and block the company:
Company name (e.g., Grinfi)
Company domain (e.g., grinfi.io)
Company LinkedIn ID (e.g., https://www.linkedin.com/company/grinfi-io)
Contact Stoplist: required fields
To block an individual contact, you must fill in the LinkedIn ID field, which can be a direct LinkedIn profile link, an LN ID, or a Sales Navigator ID.
*You can also add a contact to the stoplist without a LinkedIn ID by entering only their first and last name. Please note that in this case, the system will block all users with the same name and surname. To narrow down the scope, we recommend also adding the contact’s current company name.
Adding via CSV
You can use any identifier type - LinkedIn ID, Sales Navigator ID, or URL - the system will automatically recognize it.
Columns in your CSV file are auto-mapped wherever possible, but it’s recommended to double-check that the mapping is correct.
Once the data is added to a stoplist, the system will review all existing contacts and companies, remove any matches from active automations, and block future imports of those contacts or companies, marking them accordingly if a match is detected.
