As a sales representative, you can configure each club's shop settings to manage discounts, cashback, customisation and delivery options. Each club shop can have its own settings, its own discount rate, and so on.
To access a club shop's settings as a retailer:
Log in to your retailer or sales representative space.
Go to the Shops tab, type the shop name in the search bar, press Enter, then click the shop name.
You'll land on the shop settings screen.
How to set the discount for a shop
You can offer a discount to the club. This discount is calculated on the recommended retail price (RRP) and applies uniformly to all products sold in the club's shop.
Click the Discount management tab.
Toggle Enabled/Disabled to activate or deactivate the discount.
In the Discount value field, enter the discount percentage.
Click Save.
Example: with a 10% discount, a product with an RRP of €100 will be displayed at €90 in the club shop.
Show or hide the crossed-out price
Regardless of the discount, you can also choose, shop by shop, whether the crossed-out price (undiscounted RRP) is shown next to the discounted price on this shop. This setting can override the account's default setting — see Configure the default settings for your club shops for details.
