ou can download your orders in CSV, XLSX, or JSON format.
Log in to your retailer or sales representative dashboard.
Go to the Orders tab.
Hover over the top right corner of the orders table and click the three dots.
Click Download results, choose the format and layout.
Click Download.
As a retailer, the file contains orders from all your clubs. As a sales representative, only your own clubs' orders are included.
The file includes all information needed to place orders on your supplier's B2B portal (EAN, reference, product name…) plus member details.
