Why is a shop offline?

Understand why a shop is not visible online and how to fix it.

Written by Manon Carneiro

If a shop is not yet online, a message in the settings will indicate why. Here are the 6 possible causes and how to resolve each one.

Products not selected

No products have been added to the shop catalogue yet.

Fix: go to the shop settings, open the Products tab, and add products to the selection.

No delivery option configured

The shop has no delivery method set up.

Fix: go to the shop settings, open the Delivery tab, and configure at least one delivery option (home delivery address or in-store pickup).

Shop deactivated

The shop has been manually deactivated.

Fix: go to Clubs > General and click Activate shop.

Shop deleted

The shop has been permanently deleted.

Fix: a deleted shop cannot be restored. You'll need to create a new shop for this club.

Opening scheduled from…

The shop is fully configured but a future start date and time is set, probably for a time-limited sale — it's not open yet. The message shows the scheduled opening date and time.

Fix: if you want the shop to open immediately, go to Clubs > General > Time-limited availability and update or remove the start date and time.

Shop closed since…

The shop went offline at its scheduled end date and time, probably at the end of a time-limited sale. The message shows the exact closing date and time, e.g. “closed since 20/10/2026 at 23:59”.

Fix: go to Clubs > General > Time-limited availability and set new dates and times for a new time-limited sale, or reactivate the shop without dates to open it indefinitely.
