The configuration assistant guides you through 5 steps:
Company information: confirm your name, add your logo and billing details
Configure your Stripe account: to receive your sales payouts
Invite your sales representatives: add the people who will create and manage club shops
Set up your fulfilment team: add the people who will track and prepare orders
Terms and Conditions: import your own T&Cs to be displayed on your shops
Tip: You can also set your Default settings (discounts, cashback, delivery fees, delivery options) applied to every new account. Each setting can then be customised shop by shop.

How long does it take?
Allow around 15–20 minutes to complete all the steps.
Note: Verifying your Stripe account can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days, but this isn't a blocker. Everything is already technically set up to take your first payments — this step is only there to authenticate you with Stripe so you can receive your payouts. You can move ahead with all the other steps without waiting.
Can I pause and pick up later?
Yes, absolutely.
Tip: The assistant automatically saves each field as you fill it in. You can close your browser at any time and pick up exactly where you left off.
What if I don't have all the information right away?
Any incomplete items will show up as reminders on your dashboard.
