Before creating your first shops, start by setting your ground rules. Each setting defined here applies automatically to all your shops, current and future — unless a shop already has a custom value set manually, in which case it keeps its own setting until you change it individually.
Settings in detail
Customization options
Configure the prices and availability of the customization options offered in your shops: club logo, initials, and back customization.
Note: These options can be enabled or disabled independently. Disabling an option hides it in all shops that don't have their own value set.
Delivery options and fees
Configure the allowed delivery modes, prices, timeframes, and any free-shipping threshold for paid options.
Home delivery orders: each order ships directly to the address chosen by the customer. Set the Delivery fee and the Delivery time in days, once the order is confirmed.
Club delivery orders: orders are grouped and shipped to the address set by your partner club on a planned date. Set the Delivery fee, the Consolidation period in days, and the Processing time after consolidation.
In-store pickup orders: customers select their store from a list when ordering. Set the Delivery fee and the Delivery time, and create at least one pickup location to enable this option — see how to add pickup locations.
Free delivery: enable this option to offer free delivery above a minimum order amount. Applies only to paid delivery modes.
💡 If you offer different schedules depending on the club, you can adjust these timeframes shop by shop to fit each delivery plan.
Commission and discounts
These two commercial levers define what the club earns, and what the buyer pays.
Club commission: the percentage paid back to the club on each purchase, which goes directly into its fund.
Product discount: the discount applied to the club's products in the shop.
Both are calculated based on your suppliers' recommended retail price (RRP).
Example: with a 20% discount, a product with an RRP of €50 shows up at €40 in the shop. The customization price is added on top of the discounted price: if the logo costs €5, the customer pays €40 + €5 = €45. With a 5% commission, the club earns €2.50 in its fund (5% × €50 RRP).
Displaying the crossed-out price
Choose whether the recommended retail price (RRP) is shown crossed out next to the discounted price on your club shops, or whether only the final discounted price is visible.
Crossed-out price shown: the customer sees the RRP crossed out next to the discounted price, highlighting the discount offered to the club.
Crossed-out price hidden: only the final price is shown, with no reference to the RRP.
💡 You can also enable or disable the crossed-out price shop by shop, independently of the default setting — see Set the discount for each shop.
FAQs
How do the consolidation period and processing time work for club delivery?
These two settings control the lifecycle of grouped orders, from checkout to delivery.
Consolidation period — the window (in days) during which orders from the same club accumulate before being automatically sent for processing. Once this period ends, the batch moves to the "To process" tab of your logistics app.
Example: with a 7-day period, all orders placed Monday through Sunday are grouped together and sent for processing the following Monday.
Processing time after consolidation — the time (in days) you allow yourself to handle a batch once it moves to processing. This corresponds to the estimated delivery date communicated to buyers.
Example: with a 3-day processing time, if a batch moves to processing on a Monday, the estimated delivery date shown in the club's shop is Thursday.
If I change a default setting, does it apply to my existing shops?
Yes, automatically — except for shops where this setting has already been manually set to a different value. In that case, only that shop keeps its custom setting; you'll need to update it individually if you want it to follow the new default value.
