If you offer home delivery, Grinta lets you generate Colissimo shipping labels directly from the fulfilment app — no need to re-enter member details on the Colissimo website. Order data is automatically retrieved.
Important: your Colissimo account must first be connected to your Grinta fulfilment app. Contact us to provide your Colissimo credentials (login, password), the address, and the phone number associated with your account.
How to generate a Colissimo label
Log in to your Fulfilment app.
Click on the order for which you want to generate a label.
Check that the order is at Processed status — the Generate shipping label button only appears from this status.
Click Generate shipping label.
The label is generated as a PDF.
What the label contains
The label includes the member's delivery information (name, address) and your account's sender details, exactly as when you create it directly from your Colissimo account.
FAQs
Does the member automatically receive tracking info?
Yes — once the label is generated and the parcel is picked up by Colissimo, the member automatically receives delivery tracking notifications.
Can I generate labels in bulk?
No — labels are generated one order at a time.
Why can't I see the "Generate shipping label" button?
The button only appears once preparation is complete. Open the order and click Finish preparation first — you'll then have access to the Generate shipping label button.
