Edit product-level customisation rules

Disable customisation options on specific products.

Written by Adrien Gontero

Not all customisable products necessarily need to display the club logo or the player's name on the back. Your platform lets you disable these marking options in a few clicks — either for all your clubs or for a specific club only.

How to disable a marking option

For all clubs (catalogue level)

  1. From your retailer dashboard, go to the Catalogues tab.

  2. Search for the product reference in the search bar.

  3. Click Edit to the right of the product.

  4. At the bottom of the page, locate the Customisation settings section.

  5. Uncheck the desired option:

    • Allow front customisation (logo, initials/number)

    • Allow back customisation (name on back)

  6. Save your changes.

The rule then applies to all your clubs using that product.

For a single club (shop level)

  1. From your retailer dashboard, open the relevant club's page.

  2. Go to the club's Products tab.

  3. Search for the product in the search bar, then click its row.

  4. In the Product details panel, click Edit, then open the Customisation tab and uncheck the desired option.

  5. Save your changes.

This configuration only affects that club's shop — all other shops remain unchanged.

Tip: Changes take effect immediately in the shop. Members visiting the product page will no longer see the disabled marking option.

FAQs

Can I disable the logo without affecting initials?

Not yet. At this stage, the logo and initials/number options are coupled on front customisation. A redesign is in progress to allow finer control over each type of marking.

In the meantime, if you want to offer initials only (without the club logo), create the product as a custom product, tick Customisable (front), and don't upload a club logo. The initials field will still be available to the member, without the club logo appearing.

Does a catalogue-level change override a club's configuration?

No. Club-level configuration takes priority over catalogue-level. If you have customised rules directly on a club, they will not be overwritten by a catalogue-level change.
