A Club name section is available directly in every shop's settings, so you can rename it yourself, no support needed.
How to rename a club shop
Open the shop from your distributor or sales rep account.
Click the Settings tab.
In the Club name section, enter the new name.
Click Save.
Note: The shop's URL automatically updates to match the new name, old links are never broken. The old address automatically redirects to the new one.
