From your retailer or sales representative space, you can create an online shop for each of your partner clubs. Two options are available: fill out the form yourself, or send the link directly to the club so they can create their account independently.
What you'll need
A Grinta account of type retailer or sales representative
The details of the volunteer responsible for the shop: first name, last name, and email address
Create a club shop
Log in to your retailer space or sales representative space.
Go to the Clubs tab then click Add a club.
In the window that opens, choose one of the two options:
Option 1 — Create the account yourself (recommended)
Click Create a new club account: the registration form opens directly.
Enter the details of the volunteer responsible for the club account, select the sales representative in charge of supporting the club, then click Create the account.
Enter the club name. The shop URL appears just below. Click Next.
Select the club's sport and click Confirm my sport.
Choose the brand of products available in the shop, then click Confirm brand.
Creating the club account starts. A few seconds later, you're automatically switched to the club dashboard.
💡 You stay in control of sharing access: no email is sent automatically to the club. Send the login details when you're ready, via the login link: https://app.grinta.eu/users/sign_in
Make sure to note the password you set during creation so you can share the login details with the club.
Option 2 — Send the link to the club
Click Send the link to the club: an invitation link is generated. Share it with the volunteer, who will create their account and shop completely independently.
FAQs
Can I edit the information after creation?
Yes, almost all of the club's information can be edited from your dashboard after creation.
Exception: make sure to enter the club name with the exact spelling you want right from creation, as the club name can't be changed independently afterwards. It's used to generate the shop's access URL, which makes changing it more difficult. To change it, contact our team via chat (the small black bubble at the bottom right of your screen).
The form doesn't open and redirects me to an existing club — what's happening?
You're probably still logged into a previous club session. Here's how to fix it:
Click the club name in the top left, then click Log out.
Log back in to your retailer or sales representative account.
Go back to Clubs → Add a club.
The creation form should now display correctly ✨
How do I share access with my partner club once the account is created?
Share this login link with your club: https://app.grinta.eu/users/sign_in
Then give them the email and password you entered when creating the account.
What if the club forgot their password?
Invite them to click Forgot password on the Club login page: https://app.grinta.eu/users/sign_in
A reset email will be sent directly to the address on file for the account.
