How to configure the Intuit QuickBooks Online integration

Connect Groundplan and QuickBooks to streamline your workflow.

Only Users registered as Owner, Admin or Setup can configure the Integration.

Preparing to Connect Intuit QuickBooks Online and Groundplan

  1. Sign into QuickBooks

  2. Sign into Groundplan

Initial Setup

  1. Click My Account then Setup

  2. Click Integrations

  3. Click Configure on the Intuit QuickBooks tile

  4. Click Connect to QuickBooks

  5. On the new tab, click Connect to confirm the integration.

    The Integration is now connected


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I configure the QuickBooks desktop version to Groundplan?

No, unfortunately you cannot.

Groundplan can only integrate with Intuit QuickBooks Online version.
