The Documents tab in employee's profile is where employee's data like Contracts, Personal Documents, and Payslips can be stored. Employees, if granted access, can only view their own, not the personal information of other colleagues.

Keep in mind that depending on the configuration of your access role (Admin, HR, Line Managers, etc.), you may or may not have access to view or set reminders in the Contracts section. Please check with your Admin for the access control.

Set Contract Reminder

  1. Navigate to Employees > Manage Employees

  2. Find and click on the employee name you want to open their profile (ex. Linh Cao Thuy)

  3. In the Documents tab, find the Contracts section

  4. Click Upload and select a file

  5. Select the Contract End Date, Reminder Date, and HR in charge

    • Note: HR in charge and Line Manager will receive notification about contract expiration

  6. Click Schedule to complete

To download the contract, click the download icon on the right-hand side of that document's row.

To delete a document, click the trash icon on the right-hand side of that document's row.

  • DOC, DOCX, PDF, TXT, ODT

  • PPT, PPTX, PPS, PPSX

  • XLS, XLSX

📌 NOTE:

  • By default, employee can view their contracts. To change, go to Company Settings > Permissions > Role > Employee to adjust their data access

  • Employees can only view the contracts in their profile, not other colleagues

  • Line Managers could not view employee's contracts unless they were granted access through a role
