Contact your provider in the mobile app

Connect with your provider anytime, anywhere using your mobile device.

Updated over a week ago

If you need to contact your provider outside of a scheduled session, you can send them a secure message using the Grow Therapy mobile app. This article explains how to use the messaging feature to share updates, ask questions, and coordinate scheduling easily.

🛠️ Feature notice: The mobile app will be rolled out gradually. As of October 30, it will be available to clients in California, Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.

🚨Disclaimer: Grow Therapy messaging is not intended for emergencies. If you or someone you know is in crisis or needs immediate help, call 911 or +1 800-273-8255 to speak with a crisis counselor. Additional emergency resources are available here.

Key Points

  • The messaging feature is for non-urgent, non-emergency communication.

  • You can use it to share messages and files with your provider between sessions.

  • Providers typically respond within 1-2 business days, and you'll be notified whenever a new message or reply is sent.

  • For questions about billing, insurance, and other non-clinical issues, please contact the Support Team.
