What are the Loyalty and Rewards notification emails?

The Loyalty and Rewards program sends emails to customers who interact with it and get points or discounts (for past actions as well), spend their points, reach the tier (and get a reward for it), etc.

How to customize emails?

To set up the emails please go to the dashboard > Loyalty and Rewards > Notification center. There you will see 15 emails that can be edited just by clicking on them.

When clicking on them you'll be redirected to the editor page:

On this page, you may:

  • edit the text of the template,

  • change the title,

  • send a test email to check the results,

  • reset to original if needed,

  • adjust the styles

  • and add more widgets or menus.

Also, you may disable the email template by turning off the "Send this email" part.
