Rewards app sends various email notifications based on customer activity.

NOTE: our Rewards system notifications have the "marketing" status, and your customers need to be subscribed to your Newsletter to be able to receive these emails.

Points

Points program sends notifications about earned points, redeemed discounts, rewards for past actions, points expiration, point balance change, and a birthday reward.

Let's list essential Points program notifications with their specific details:

  1. Customer earned points - This can be turned on from the Earning points rule and is sent when the user completes some actions on the store. This email notifies you about the earned points and available discounts.

  2. Customer received discount - This email is sent to users if the reward for Earning rules is set up as a discount and notifies the users about the discount earned.

  3. Customer spend points - This email is sent in case the users redeem available points for Spending points rules.

  4. Earn points for past actions - It's possible to notify users about earned points for past actions on the store.

  5. Get discount for past actions - This template sends discounts to users for past actions.

  6. Customer's balance was changed by Admin - You may change the point balance of the user and send a notification about it.

  7. Customer's balance is expiring soon - This template notifies users about the upcoming points expiration.

  8. Birthday reward and Birthday reward - notify users about the reward for birthdays as points or discounts.


Referral program

Referral program sends notifications about the received rewards for taking part in the program. Here is the list of emails sent by the program:

  1. Referral received discount - Emails are sent to customers when their friends purchase with a shared link.

  2. Referral Send discount - Emails are sent to the invited customers when your members claim their reward. You can edit the text of this email in the Language editor.

  3. Referral earned points - Emails are sent when customers earn points for sharing the referral link.


Rewards for Past Actions

The reward for Past actions - send a notification about the Rewards to customers who have already done the on-site actions before installing Growave.

  1. Earn points for past actions - Emails are sent to customers who have completed actions in past.

  2. Get discount for past actions - Emails are sent to customers who have completed actions in past.


VIP Tiers

VIP Tiers program sends notifications about reaching a VIP Tier and earning rewards for it. Let's list them down below:

  1. Customer has reached tier - Emails are sent to customers who have reached a certain tier. You may set up a notification in the VIP Tier details.

  2. Customer has reached tier and earned points - Emails are sent to customers who have reached a certain tier and earned points.

  3. Customer has reached tier and received discount - Emails are sent to customers who have reached a certain tier and received a discount.
