Start/ Stop charges

NOTE: Please be kindly informed that we don't charge our merchants. We use Shopify Billing and Shopify charges merchants for us, so we don't have any access to your billing details. Sometimes Shopify charges too soon, or too late regardless of the billing period.

  • Growave offers competitive rates and pricing plans to help you find one that fits your needs and budget. Our plans are up to the order’s quantity, and have small advantages as an integration in the plans above Growth .

  • 14-day free trial (30 days for Enterprise) is useful to see how Growave features can help you to drive traffic, increase customer engagement, and sell more.

  • By signing up for the trial period, you automatically give permission to charge after the trial ends. Before charging, Shopify does not ask for additional confirmation.

  • As soon as the procedure of removing our app from the shop is completed, Shopify stops charging for the application, but this does not apply to those payments that were already in pending status by the day of canceling the subscription. Pause/ Changing plan/ Billing

  • Please kindly be informed that the only case when Shopify will stop charging is when the shop doesn’t have Growave's files. That’s why if you paused your shop for some reason, you should remove the app’s files from your site and then the app itself too.

  • If you find another plan more proper for you, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan any time via this link https://growave.io/pricing. Choose the most suitable plan and push “get started”

  • In case you want to change your subscription from “annual” to “monthly”, please refer to the Support team. Also, please take into account that Growave offers 20% for the annual plans, however, when the plan is changed to “monthly”, the discount will be lost.

  • In order to follow your billings, please refer to the Shopify admin panel -> Settings -> Billing.
