In this guide, we’ll walk you through each part of the profile setup process to ensure you’re ready to share your page. This is a one-time setup, but you can always update these details later if anything changes.

1. Signing Up and Accessing Your Profile Settings

Once you've signed up for an agency account, setting up your profile is simple. To get started:

  1. Login to Growi: Head to Growi’s login page and enter your credentials to access your dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Profile Settings: Click on the Hub icon in the left navigation bar, then select the Profile tab. This will open your agency profile page where you can customize your details.

2. Fill Out Basic Agency Information

The first section of your profile involves adding basic information that defines your agency.

  • Agency Name: Edit your agency’s name as you’d like it to be displayed to creators and brands in the Name field.

  • Tagline: Provide a brief tagline that captures the essence of your agency. This is optional but can help create a quick impression.

  • Description: Write a detailed description of your agency, including your focus, key services, and what makes you unique. This is your chance to capture interest and highlight your strengths.

3. Branding and Visual Identity

Adding branding elements helps creators recognize your agency and build trust.

  • Upload a Logo: Under the Branding Media section, upload a high-quality version of your agency’s logo by clicking on Upload Logo. This will be displayed on your profile and within campaigns you manage.

4. Contact Information and Links

Add contact details so that creators and potential partners know how to reach you.

  • Website: Enter the URL for your agency's main website under the Website field.

  • Address: Provide your agency’s headquarters address under the Address section, including country, street address, city, state, and zip code.

  • Social Media Links: Scroll down to the Socials section to add any relevant social media links so creators can learn more about your agency and its culture. Click Add Social and select the platform icon to enter the appropriate URL.

5. Campaigns and Highlights (Optional)

You can choose to highlight specific campaigns on your profile page to give creators a quick view of what’s important.

  • Campaigns: Use the Campaigns dropdown menu to select the campaigns that you want to feature on your profile.

Finalizing Your Profile

After adding all the essential information, click Save Changes in the top-right corner of the page to finalize your profile. This information can be updated anytime if your agency’s details change.

Now that your agency profile is complete, you’re ready to create brands, launch campaigns, and begin collaborating with creators on Growi.
