This guide will help you navigate the campaign setup process, from defining your goals to going live. By following these steps, you’ll ensure that your campaign attracts the right creators and delivers results that matter.

1. Accessing the Campaigns Section

To get started, you first need to navigate to the campaigns section:

  1. Login to Growi: Use your agency credentials to log in to the Growi platform here.

  2. Navigate to the Hub: Click on the Hub icon in the left navigation bar.

  3. Go to Campaigns: Once inside the Hub, click on the Campaigns tab to open the campaign management page.

2. Creating Your Campaign

Once you’ve determined your campaign goals, you can begin setting up the campaign.

  • Click on Add Campaign: On the Campaigns page, click the + Add Campaign button.

  • Add Campaign Details: Fill in the campaign name, description, and other relevant details. Make sure your description clearly communicates what the campaign is about to potential creators.

    • Campaign Name: Give your campaign a concise name that’s easy to identify.

    • Description: Include what the campaign is aiming to achieve, any requirements for creators, and any perks they might receive.

    • Start and End Date: Choose the start and end dates for your campaign. Setting realistic timelines helps to ensure the quality of content.

    • Budget: Specify the budget, which will guide how payments are handled during the campaign.

    • Tracking: Indicate if you would like to track TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube activity.

    • Deliverables: Define what content is expected from creators (e.g., videos, posts). You can select options based on campaign goals.

    • Commission Value: Set commission percentages if applicable. You can choose from tiers and define different reward structures based on the creators' performance.

3. Setting Up a Custom Signup Form (Optional)

Growi allows you to create a custom signup form to gather additional information from creators when they apply to your campaign.

  • Add Custom Fields: Go to the Signup Form tab, click on Add Custom Field, and select the type of question you need (e.g., text, checkbox, radio).

4. Managing Creator Applications

After launching your campaign, creators will begin applying to participate. Here’s how to manage those applications:

  • Review Applications: Head to the Applications tab of your campaign to see all incoming applications. Each application will include creator profiles, their past work, and why they’re interested in participating.

  • Select Creators: Choose the creators that best align with your brand. Look for quality, engagement metrics, and alignment with your campaign’s goals.

5. Using Budget and Tiers

To make the campaign rewarding for creators, you can use Growi’s built-in budget management and tier functionality:

  • Editing Budget: Use the Campaign Budget Calculator to adjust the budget and allocate resources to different creators. The fourth screenshot shows how you can easily manage the budget for your campaign.

  • Tiers and Rewards: Assign creators to different reward tiers based on their performance (e.g., Bronze, Silver). This helps motivate creators by rewarding them for achieving specific goals. Refer to the fifth screenshot for an example of editing a tier, including the ability to set commission rates and retainer amounts.

6. Launching Your Campaign

Once everything is set up, you’re ready to launch:

  • Review Your Campaign Settings: Double-check all your details, including budget, timeline, and selected creators.

  • Click Add Campaign: Once everything looks good, hit Add Campaign to go live.

  • Monitor Your Campaign: After launching, you can monitor progress from the campaign dashboard. Track metrics like creator submissions, engagement rates, and overall campaign performance.

7. Monitoring Campaign Performance

After your campaign goes live, it’s important to keep an eye on its performance.

  • View Analytics: Growi provides a detailed analytics dashboard where you can see metrics like audience reach, engagement rate, and conversions.

  • Engage with Creators: Stay in touch with creators to provide feedback or adjustments to their posts if needed.
