This guide will help you stay organized and make the best choices for your brand’s campaigns.
1. Accessing the Creator Database
The first step is to access the creator database. The creator database allows you to search, organize, and tag all creators who have signed up or are affiliated with your campaigns.
Navigate to the Creator Database: From the Growi dashboard, click on Creators > Database. This will bring up a list of all creators currently associated with your campaigns. You can search by name, view campaign associations, social profiles, and add tags to categorize creators.
Adding Tags to Creators: Tags help organize your creators by niche or project. You can add tags to any creator by clicking the Add Tags button next to their name, and selecting from predefined categories such as “Health & Wellness” or “Beauty & Skincare”.
2. Viewing and Managing Creator Profiles
To manage your campaigns effectively, you can access detailed creator profiles that provide you with important performance insights and contact details.
Access Creator Profiles: Click on a creator's name in the database list to view their detailed profile. This profile will show analytics such as the number of posts, total views, likes, comments, and shares.
Creator Metrics and Details: You can find key data like their total follower count, past campaign performance, and contact information.
Notes Section: You can also add notes about the creator’s performance, such as their strengths or any areas for improvement.
3. Managing Applications from Creators
When running campaigns, creators will apply to participate. Managing these applications efficiently ensures you’re working with the right partners for your campaigns.
Viewing Applications: From the Growi dashboard, navigate to Platform > Applications to see all incoming campaign applications. The applications view shows creator names, social accounts, and any required custom fields they’ve filled out (such as “How much GMV have you earned?”).
Handling Applications:
Approve or Deny Applications: Use the options next to each applicant’s name to either approve, deny, or request further information.
View More Information: Click on an application to see detailed information about the applicant, including their social metrics, GMV data, and any custom answers they provided during the signup process.
4. Exporting Creator Data
To help with reporting or offline review, Growi provides an export feature that allows you to download information about creators.
Exporting Data: On the applications or database page, you will see an Export button. Use this button to export creator details, including profile metrics and answers to custom questions, into a CSV file.
This feature is particularly useful if you need to share data with other teams or keep a record of creator performance.
