1. Viewing and Managing Content Posts
The Posts section on Growi allows you to view all the posts made by creators in relation to specific campaigns, filter content, and request spark codes when needed.
Accessing the Posts Page: Navigate to Content > Posts from the main dashboard. This page will display all posts related to your campaigns.
Filtering Options: You can filter posts by campaign and creator, or search by specific post titles. This helps you zero in on particular posts based on campaign performance or creator contributions.
Post Insights: The posts are displayed along with key metrics such as views, likes, comments, and shares. This helps you understand the reach and engagement of each post.
Requesting Spark Codes: You also have the option to request a Spark Code for posts. This functionality is available next to each post entry.
Export Data: If you need to analyze content offline or share data, click on the Export button to download the information about posts.
2. Monitoring Campaign Analytics
The Analytics section provides a high-level overview of how your campaign content is performing over time. With this feature, you can quickly identify trends and gauge the overall effectiveness of your campaigns.
Accessing the Analytics Page: Navigate to Content > Analytics. Here, you can view campaign performance metrics, such as likes, shares, views, and comments.
Filters for Specific Analysis: Use the date range filter to analyze performance over specific periods and filter by campaign to evaluate each campaign's success individually.
Graphical Trends: Metrics are presented in easy-to-understand graphs that highlight trends over time, making it simple to see what is working well and where improvements are needed.
3. Tracking Creator Performance Using the Leaderboard
The Leaderboard section helps you easily identify top-performing creators in various categories such as posts, views, and likes.
Accessing the Leaderboard: Go to Content > Leaderboard to see the ranking of creators.
Filter by Campaign and Metric: You can filter by specific campaigns and view rankings for posts, views, and likes. This allows you to quickly understand which creators are driving the most impact and which areas require more effort.
Visual Leaderboard: The leaderboard provides a visual representation of creator contributions, helping you recognize and reward high-performing creators.
