This guide will take you through each step of setting up a campaign—from establishing objectives to monitoring outcomes—so you can get started with confidence.

What You Will Gain From This Guide

By the end of this guide, you will know how to:

  • Set up and launch campaigns that match your brand's objectives.

  • Define campaign details such as budget and timeline.

  • Approve or deny creator applications for participation.

  • Monitor the performance of your campaigns using Growi's analytics tools.

This guide is designed to provide you with a complete understanding of how to create campaigns, and it links to other specific guides for more in-depth steps.

1. Accessing the Campaign Section

The first step in creating a successful campaign is accessing the Campaigns section in Growi.

  1. Login to Growi: Start by logging into your Growi account.

  2. Navigate to Campaigns: Click on the Hub icon on the left-hand side and select the Campaigns tab. This will take you to your campaign dashboard where you can view all active, draft, or completed campaigns.

2. Creating Your Campaign

Once logged in, it’s time to start building your campaign.

  • Create New Campaign: On the campaign dashboard, click + Add Campaign.

  • Add Campaign Details: Enter the following information:

    • Campaign Name: Choose a clear and concise name that makes the campaign identifiable.

    • Description: Provide a description that outlines what you are looking to achieve and the type of content creators you are looking for.

    • Budget: Set a budget to allocate funds for creator payouts. This includes any base payments, bonuses, or additional incentives.

    • Timeline: Select start and end dates for your campaign to make sure it aligns with your overall marketing calendar.

3. Managing Creator Applications

Once your campaign is live, creators will start applying. You’ll need to review these applications to choose the right partners for your brand.

  • Review Applications: Navigate to the Applications tab under the specific campaign. Here, you can see all creator applications along with their metrics and why they are interested in participating.

  • Approve or Deny Creators: Review each creator’s profile, engagement metrics, and previous work. Use the Approve or Deny options to manage participation.

For more information on how to handle applications, see our Managing Creator Applications Guide.

4. Launching Your Campaign

Once you’re ready, it’s time to launch!

  • Review Campaign Details: Double-check all the information you’ve entered, from budget and timeline to the selected creators.

  • Click “Add Campaign”: When all details are in place, click Add Campaign. Your campaign will now go live, and creators can begin contributing content.

  • Monitor Early Engagement: Right after launch, keep an eye on the initial content and engagement metrics. Early monitoring helps you quickly adjust any elements to optimize your campaign.

5. Monitoring Campaign Performance

Monitoring campaign performance is crucial to see how well your efforts are translating into results.

  • Access the Analytics Section: Under Content > Analytics, you will find detailed performance data about your campaign, including likes, comments, shares, and overall engagement.

  • View Leaderboards: Use the Leaderboard feature to understand which creators are performing best. You can use these insights to reward top performers or optimize the content strategy.
