This guide will take you step-by-step through the process of reviewing, approving, or denying applications, and organizing potential collaborators to make sure your campaigns are set up for success.

What You Will Gain From This Guide

By the end of this guide, you will know how to:

  • Access and navigate the creator applications page for your campaigns.

  • Review, approve, or deny creator applications effectively.

  • Use Growi's features to tag and export creator data for easy management.

This guide gives you an overview of managing incoming applications and links to more in-depth guides for advanced features.

1. Accessing Creator Applications

Once your campaign is live, creators can start applying to participate. Here's how to access and manage those applications:

  1. Login to Growi: Start by logging into your Growi account.

  2. Navigate to Campaign Applications: Click on the Hub icon on the left-hand side, then go to Campaigns and select the campaign you want to manage. From there, click on the Applications tab to view incoming requests.

2. Reviewing Creator Applications

On the Applications page, you will see all incoming requests from creators interested in participating in your campaign.

  • Application Overview: Each application will include key details like the creator's name, their follower count, engagement metrics, and why they are interested in your campaign. You can also click on their profile to get more detailed insights.

  • Detailed Creator Profiles: Click on a creator's name to view their detailed profile, including their past work, social media metrics, and any additional information they provided during the signup process.

3. Approving or Denying Applications

To ensure you’re working with the best creators for your campaign, you can easily approve or deny applications based on your evaluation.

  • Approve Applications: If a creator matches your brand's needs, click on the Approve button next to their application. Approved creators will be added to your campaign and will receive further instructions.

  • Deny Applications: If a creator doesn’t meet your requirements, click Deny. Denying an application will automatically notify the creator of your decision.

4. Using Tags and Notes for Effective Management

Growi provides features to help you keep track of creators and manage them more effectively:

  • Adding Tags: You can add tags to categorize creators (e.g., "High Engagement" or "Fashion Influencer"). This helps in organizing creators for future campaigns or easy filtering.

  • Adding Notes: Use the notes section to keep track of specific creator details, such as their strengths, areas of improvement, or why they were selected or denied for a particular campaign.

5. Exporting Creator Data

If you need to review creator applications offline or share data with your team, Growi allows you to export creator information.

  • Exporting Data: Click on the Export button at the top of the Applications page to download the details of all applicants in a CSV format. This export will include metrics like engagement, follower counts, and application notes.
