What Are SMS Blasts?
The SMS Blasts feature allows you to connect with your audience in real-time through concise, impactful text messages. This is an excellent way to maintain engagement and ensure important information reaches your subscribers directly.
How to Use the SMS Blasts Feature
1. Accessing the SMS Broadcasts Section
You can find the SMS Broadcasts option in the Hub section of the Growi.io dashboard. From here, you'll be able to view all previously sent messages and manage your broadcasts.
2. Creating a New SMS Blast
Once inside the SMS Broadcasts section, click the Create SMS Blast button to open the setup form.
3. Configuring Your SMS Blast
In the SMS setup form, you’ll need to:
Select a Campaign: Choose the campaign for which you want to send the blast.
Compose Your Message: Write your message, keeping it short and clear for maximum impact.
4. Sending the SMS Blast
Review the details of your campaign and message. When ready, click the Send SMS Blast button. Your message will be delivered immediately to your subscribers.
Cost of SMS Blasts
The cost of sending SMS blasts is $10 per 1,000 messages, assuming U.S.-based phone numbers. International rates may vary based on the recipients' locations. The estimated total cost will be displayed before you confirm your blast.
