With Growi’s new feedback feature, brands can now leave feedback on individual creator posts, enabling more seamless and collaborative content reviews. This helps streamline communication and keep everything tied directly to the relevant content.
🧭 Where to Find the Feedback Feature
You can access the feedback feature from your Posts tab:
Head to Management > Posts on the left sidebar.
You’ll see a list of all creator content posts.
Under the Feedback column, click the comment bubble icon next to the post you want to give feedback on.
💬 Leaving Feedback
Once you click the icon:
A drawer will slide open on the right side showing the post and any existing comments.
Type your comment at the bottom and hit the arrow icon to send.
Your message will be instantly viewable by the creator, and they can respond directly.
📬 How Creators Are Notified
When you leave feedback:
The creator will automatically get an email notification with your message and a direct link to respond.
They don’t need to log in or go searching—just click the button in the email to open the post conversation.
🔁 Ongoing Conversations
Both you and the creator can reply back and forth in the drawer.
This is a live thread, so all communication stays organized under the post.
Perfect for making tweaks, requesting edits, or leaving praise.
🔍 Bonus: Filter by Feedback Status
You can also filter posts by Feedback Status at the top of the posts page to easily keep track of what needs your attention.
