How do I pause my subscription?

Pause your subscription easily for up to 4 weeks

Maybe you're going on a trip, or perhaps you need to take a little break from ordering for a few weeks. We've got you covered!

Here, you can pause your account temporarily, for a maximum of 4 weeks.

Please note that after this period, the subscription will resume automatically, unless you log in to take further action.

The first step to pausing your subscription is to log into your account. From there you will see ‘settings’ in the main menu. Head to ‘subscription settings’, click ‘PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION’, choose the number of weeks you’d like to pause for, from the drop down menu, click 'PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION' to confirm and you’re good to go!

Just be sure to bear in mind the cut-off times, as any changes you make after the deadline will apply to the following week.

The cut off times are below for future reference:

11.59pm on Thursday for a Monday delivery

11.59pm on Friday for a Tuesday delivery

11.59pm on Saturday for a Wednesday delivery

11.59pm on Sunday for a Thursday delivery

11.59pm on Monday for a Friday delivery

As your first Grubby box is paid for at the time you sign up, it is not possible to skip or pause that delivery from your online Grubby account.
