What to do if my ready meal is defrosted when it arrives?

If your meal has partially or fully defrosted in transit, don’t worry, it’s still safe to eat. Just pop it in the fridge as soon as you can and use it within 4 days.

We’d recommend not re-freezing it, as this can affect the texture and quality of the food.
