Why can’t I save my choices?

Can't save your choices when adding ready meals to your order? Please see below.

If the website’s not letting you save your selection, it’s usually because you haven’t quite hit the minimum number of meals for your order.

Here’s how it works:

  • If you’re a meal kit customer - you can add ready meals to your order, but need to choose at least 4 in addition to your meal kits. You can still choose 2-5 meal kits.

  • If you're ordering ready meals only, you’ll need to choose at least 6 meals to complete your order.

We’ve set these minimums to make sure we can deliver to you as sustainably and efficiently as possible, and to keep things cost-effective for everyone.

If you've only selected 1-3 meals, the "save" button will stay greyed out but once you hit the minimum, you’re good to go.
