How do I cancel my subscription?

It's obviously a big shame you're thinking of leaving, but it's super simple to cancel and hopefully we'll see you again soon as it's just as easy to reactivate! Don't forget you can also pause for up to 4 weeks or skip weeks whenever you like too.

If you're leaving due to a problem with your box or our service, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we'll do our absolute best to resolve it!

DEADLINE FOR CHANGES

Our cut off for making any changes to upcoming deliveries is 72 hours before the delivery day as we'll have started picking your delicious fresh produce by then.

Monday deliveries must be cancelled before 11.59pm Thursday.

Tuesday deliveries must be cancelled before 11.59pm Friday.

Wednesday deliveries must be cancelled before 11.59pm Saturday.

Thursday deliveries must be cancelled before 11.59pm Sunday.

Friday deliveries must be cancelled before 11.59pm Monday.

So if you're hoping to cancel and not receive an upcoming order, make sure to do it before this deadline.


IF YOU ARE YET TO RECEIVE YOUR FIRST BOX

You will be asked if you would like to receive your first box. If you choose 'no' and continue with the cancellation you will be refunded straight away. The refund can take up to 3-5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

If you would like to receive your first box, you just need to wait for your first box to be delivered and then you can cancel using the steps below.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED YOUR FIRST BOX

If you've already made up your mind about leaving and have already received your first box, please follow these steps:


HOW TO CANCEL

Step 1

Log in to your account on the web and be sure to use the same email address as the one used on your first order or it won't recognise you. (You can also cancel via the Grubby app in Settings).

Step 2

Navigate to 'Settings' within your account and then 'Subscription settings'

Step 3

Scroll down to the bottom of the settings page to find the text that says 'PAUSE SUBSCRIPTION' and click on this link. Once clicked you can then select 'CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION' - your account will be closed and you'll stop receiving Grubby boxes.

You'll also automatically receive an email confirmation of your cancellation for your records. If you don't receive an email confirmation, just get in touch and we can check on your account for you.

PLEASE NOTE:

Please note that we're unable to cancel any upcoming orders if your deadline has already passed, as the order will already have been processed.

The cut-off for making changes in your account for upcoming deliveries is:

​11.59pm on Thursday for Monday deliveries.
​11.59pm on Friday for Tuesday deliveries.

11.59pm on Monday for Friday deliveries.

Remember, you can alternatively skip or pause your subscription for the time periods that suit you.
